Ground-ground apartment delivers wide sea views

4 min read

It was the ocean see that convinced Connecticut residents Daniel and Lynn Friedberg to buy their Palm Seashore condominium in The Enclave in 2012.

And that view — from the northeast corner of the building on the South End — will be skipped when they move to Southern California.

The Friedbergs’ first-floor apartment faces the ocean on the northeast corner of the building at the far side of The Enclave’s recently renovated pool area.

“My partner has a business enterprise chance in La Jolla and I’m from there and have household there, but we’ll be leaving our unit in Florida with such a major heart,” Lynn Friedberg says.

The condominium is on the floor degree of the building, with the key rooms opening to a wraparound terrace.

“From the second I walk in, I have a 180-diploma see of the ocean, and it feels like I have been transported to a complete other area, even when I am coming in with groceries,” Lynn states.  “I really like waking up to those people gorgeous unbelievable waves. I never need to have an alarm clock mainly because I wake up to the dawn, which is the most pleasurable way to commence a day, and, during sunsets, the water adjustments hues.”
